Boys and girls from age six. Sessions are mostly non-contact — the basics, footwork and fitness — and every child has an achievement book so parents can see progress.
The same pathway, building session by session. Mostly non-contact, with semi-contact introduced only when a boxer is ready.
Juniors who compete train a minimum of three nights a week. Semi-contact and sparring come when the coaches judge a boxer ready.
For boxers moving from the junior ranks towards senior competition, training alongside the seniors.
Adults who want to box — from a first session on the bags to competing on the club's own shows.
For adults who just want to get fit. Boxing training without the requirement to spar or compete.
